Hubdoc is a document storage app that lets you snap photos of receipts from your smartphone or scan in bills from your computer right to us. Hubdoc also auto-fetches all your bank statements and check images. There’s no need for you to send us a bank statement or provide us details of a check that you wrote – we get this information atomically. Once we receive your receipt or bill, we can digitally attach these items to your QuickBooks accounting system for quick retrieval and organization.

Canopy is our client portal for all the tax and legal documents related to your business. We store all your previously filed tax returns and tax forms (W-2, 1099’s, K-1’s, etc.) securely, online, for 24/7 retrieval no matter where you are. We also use canopy to store relevant notices from tax authorities. Canopy allows us to send you documents and requests containing sensitive information without jeopardizing your privacy by email. Finally, Canopy also allows you to e-sign documents - there is no need to print, sign, and scan something back to your accountant anymore.
